Project Serpo
The Zeta Reticuli Exchange Program is a site I heard about that deals with US government interactions with extraterrestrial life, an apparent total of nine different species.
Not that I believe it, but with the size of the universe, and the number of galaxies out there, and the number of stars in those galaxies, it would be foolish to think that there are no other sentient beings “out there”.
