It’s amazing how wound up everyone is about the Sabres. You can’t go anywhere without someone talking about them, seeing a flag on someone’s car, a jersey, t-shirt or cap. Even the local NPR station is doing spots with people associated with the Sabres. I heard an interview with Kevin Sylvester, the host of the Shootout, the Sabres post-game show on MSG.
I just heard a montage of all the goals scored in the Ottawa series. Jeanerette has a way of getting your emotions going. That Pominville goal, if you can get a copy of him announcing it, listen to it.
