Missed Opportunity
Yesterday, the prez went to the UN to speak. So did the president of Iran. They were in the same building on the same day. It was perfect: the leader of the free world and the leader fo the axis of evil. Think of what a groundbreaking opportunity this was. Unfortunately, Bush, like the little woman that he is, refused to talk with Ahmadinejad to iron out their differences.
Instead, he tried holding up Iraq and Afghanistan as models of democracy.
I want some of what he’s smoking. It’s obviously really good.
